On behalf of the 2018 Course Co-Chairs, David A. Khan, MD and Thomas A. Fleisher, MD, we invite you to join us a the 2018 ACAAI/AAAAI Joint Board Certification Review Course that will be held at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University from May 18-20, 2018. We believe you will find this course to be a valuable resource in preparation for the upcoming certification exam as well as for planning future strategies in practice. We believe that you will enjoy the challenge of this intensive program as well as the opportunity to interact with leading experts in the field of allergy and immunology.

The 2018 course is designed as a blended learning experience so that we can maximize the time you are onsite. A portion of the content will be posted online prior to the meeting to be utilized at your convenience. Also, in an effort to keep the cost of the meeting affordable, we will be providing an electronic syllabus only (no print piece). Of course, should you choose to, you can print the syllabus pdf at your own cost.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Identify, evaluate and manage current concerns and issues related to the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of allergic and immunologic diseases.
  • Demonstrate a mastery of key concepts in allergy and immunology.
  • Summarize the practical application of key concepts in allergy and immunology in the management of clinical problems.
