1. Review current guideline-based treatment algorithms, including stepwise management strategies and the role of biologics and immunomodulators. Discuss unmet needs in the treatment of CSU in refractory disease as well as special populations (pregnancy, children)
2. Review current evidence and updated guidelines for the recognition and acute management of anaphylaxis, including appropriate use and timing of epinephrine and apply best practices for the diagnosis, risk assessment, and long-term management of patients at risk for anaphylaxis, including patient education, trigger avoidance, and emergency action planning.
7. Identify appropriate candidates for oral food challenges and interpret results to accurately diagnose or rule out food allergy and apply current evidence-based strategies to manage complex food allergy cases, including counseling patients on risk reduction and avoidance strategies.
8. Review current and emerging therapies for hereditary angioedema and their mechanisms of action and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with HAE, including strategies for acute attack management and long-term prophylaxis.
9. Recognize how changing insect migration patterns and environmental factors influence exposure risks for stinging insect allergies and incorporate updated knowledge of regional insect species and distribution into the evaluation and management of patients with venom hypersensitivity.
10. Recognize the clinical presentation and diagnostic criteria for alpha-gal syndrome, including delayed allergic reactions to mammalian products and apply current evidence to the diagnosis, patient counseling, and management of individuals with alpha-gal syndrome.
11.  Review current guidelines for the diagnosis and management of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and apply evidence-based treatment strategies for EoE, including dietary management, pharmacologic therapies, and monitoring approaches.
12. Recognize the clinical features and diagnostic criteria associated with mast cell activation syndrome and apply current management strategies to improve symptom control and quality of life in patients with mast cell activation disorders.
13.  Assess disease severity in patients with atopic dermatitis using current clinical tools and criteria and integrate emerging systemic and biologic therapies into treatment plans to improve disease control and patient outcomes.
14. Differentiate between histaminergic and bradykinin-mediated angioedema to guide appropriate diagnostic evaluation and treatment and apply evidence-based management strategies for patients presenting with recurrent or unexplained angioedema.
