Building Multidisciplinary Care Models for Allergy and Asthma (AAN)
Many clinicians struggle to integrate coordinated, team-based care; digital health tools; and health equity strategies into their routine practices. Other shortfalls include clinicians' limited understanding of evidence-based multidisciplinary team (MDT) care frameworks and practical approaches for building and sustaining collaborative care programs across diverse healthcare settings. This activity is designed to improve clinicians’ ability to apply these strategies to enhance patient outcomes and care coordination.
This program is a collaboration between the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the Allergy and Asthma Network (AAN).
