NJAAIS 2016 Annual Teaching Day

NJAAIS is a non-profit professional organization of practicing allergists and immunologists and fellows-in-training. Once per year the society gathers for an annual teaching day. Lectures include new and up to date information in the allergy and immunology field to further the knowledge of all physicians in attendance.

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

(1) Compare and contrast similarities and differences between wheat allergy & wheat intolerance

(2) Explain how to prevent and manage complications of CVID

(3) Review new advancements in asthma management

(4) Explain how to use complementive alternative medicine within a traditional allergy practice

(5) Explain how to diagnose and treat non IgE mediated drug allergy

(6) Identify current treatment of oral IT
