With the increase of food allergy concerns amongst patients, physicians need to be proficient in how to select patients eligible for oral food challenge, how to conduct an oral food challenge in the office, how to monitor an oral food challenge, and how to interpret an oral food challenge. This video covers the indications and risks/benefits of oral food challenges. It describes the types of oral food challenges, including location and food preparation.
