AAISG 2019: Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society of Georgia Meeting

May 3, 2019 to May 5, 2019

This meeting focuses on concerns and educational needs of allergists and immunologists.  Topics include: food allergy, atopic dermatitis and asthma. Both national and regional thought leaders will provide an outstanding educational opportunity to all attendees.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Detect patients who could be appropriately challenged to food and proceed with desensitization or send to colleague for desensitization, if appropriate.
  • Deduce which biologic agents are appropriate for a particular patient.
  • Compile a broad differential for chronic itch/rash that is not specifically urticaria or eczema. In addition, the participant should be able to select appropriate patients for referral to different subspecialists.
