COLA: Introduction to Food Allergy

Food allergy is one of the most common reasons that patients seek allergy evaluation.  Given the rapid changes in this area, this introduction to the current state of food allergy will help aid new allergy fellows and practitioners in the clinical setting. This video covers the spectrum of food allergy, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disesases, IgE-mediated food allergy, prevention of food allergy, the LEAP Study, and future treatment of food allergy.
