AAISG 2021 Annual Meeting

May 1, 2021 to May 2, 2021

The Allergy, Asthma and  Immunology Society of Georgia presents the AAAISG Annual Meeting each year for Allergist/Immunologist to learn new techniques/treatments in order to provide better patient care using the safest, most proven therapies presented by leaders in their field. AAISG 2021 also seeks to provide best practices in practice management to aid in the care of patients.

Accreditation
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI) and the Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society of Georgia (AAISG). The American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI) designates this live activity for a maximum of 9 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
 

Target Audience

Practicing allergists, pulmonologists and allied healthcare professionals in the field of allergy, asthma and immunology.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Detect patients who could be appropriately challenged to food or send to colleague for food challenge, if appropriate.

2. Evaluate and identify patient who would be good candidates for oral immunotherapy (OIT) or send to colleagues for OIT.

3. Optimally bill for OIT.

4. Utilize or initiate telemedicine practice under the public health emergency including billing

5. Utilize biologics for chronic nasal polyps.
