2015 TSAAI Annual Meeting

The 2015 TSAAI Annual Meeting attracts regional allergy providers for educational and didactic lectures given by nationally known experts in their particular fields of expertise.  Attendees have the opportunity to interact with the speakers and their collegues before and after the lectures.

Learning Objectives

   At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Initiate appropriate evaluation of PIDD based on the cutaneous findings
  • Join cutaneous findings to specific PIDDs
  • Develop a systematic approach to evaluating patients with multiple antibiotic allergies
  • Identify the tests that are used to measure small airways obstruction
  • Initiate the appropriate therapy for small airways obstruction in asthma
  • Recognize the differences in treatment between COPD and asthma
  • Determine the differences in pathophysiology between COPD and asthma
  • Describe the pathophysiology of Hereditary Angioedema
  • Compare SCIT and SLIT regarding efficacy and adherence in the use of allergic rhinitis and asthma
  • Present current management strategies in life-threatening food allergies
